Case is very well made, light compared to others that I personally care not to mention. Construction is well thought of and complete. I would like the cue shafts and buttons to have complete holders so they won’t slip out if tipped over. Maybe something on the end of the shoulder strap to hold it in place. The strap after adjusting is long and just hangs there. Maybe a snap or maybe Velcro patch to secure it. The color is beautiful, easy to clean easy to appreciate very soothing to the eyes. I didn't give this a review right away because I wanted to use it for a while and see how it works in the real world.
I had an issue with receiving the product. I sent an email to Raven Cues and received a quick reply with an apology and an offer to quickly make the situation right. It sucks I had to wait a couple days longer, but I feel like they made the situation right in the shortest time possible. Excellent customer service! I will recommend this brand to anyone looking for new gear.
For the price, I think this is a great case. I opted for the 4x8. It keeps the cues secure, has pockets large enough to carry my accessories to include a 5 stick cue claw. The only gripe I can muster up, is that I wish inside of the accessory pockets, there could be a sleeve to carry the butt of my Jump cue and extension. Right now, they just rattle around in the large pocket with the cue claw. I don't think they will get damaged, but it would be nice to secure them.
