Raven Cues One-Year Warranty

At Raven Cues, we take pride in the quality of our pool cues. We stand behind our products and offer a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the cue's shaft, butt, and joint components under normal playing conditions for one year from the original purchase date.

What’s Covered:

·         Defects in materials and workmanship.

·         Structural issues such as warping, cracking, or joint failures due to manufacturer defects.

What’s Not Covered:

·         Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

·         Normal wear and tear, including tip and bumper.

·         Cues modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Warranty Claim Process:

1.      Contact our customer support team at ravencarboncue@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2.      If the issue falls under our warranty policy, we will provide instructions for returning the cue.

3.      Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the cue at our discretion. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable model.

Additional Terms:

·         The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Raven Cues will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

·         This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

·         Raven Cues reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution.
