I bought a break cue and a jump recently, and on separate orders. I then realized they had the extended joint protector for the jump cue but was mad at myself because it would be an additional $15 in shipping ($45 total). I called Raven directly and explained my stupidity. They took care of me by shipping all three items together and helped offset some of the cost with a T shirt. This is my 5th purchase (3 jumps, a combo, 1 jump and an extension). Couldn't be happier with the product or the service!

Amazing cue, beginner just starting out and it feels so much better than anything I've played with before. The low deflection makes your aim feel so much sharper. Much reccomend getting the pro shaft as well

Excellent break cue tip

The pro tapered shaft feels great! I tested the deflection on my table and it's basically zero. This shaft compares to the quality and performance of much more expensive shafts. I love it!

Forged Carbon fiber cue but in purple is beautiful. I wanted a stealthy look and was afraid the purple would be too much, but in a poorly lit room it almost looks black. It doesn't stand out until the sun or bright light hits it which is just what I wanted. Highly recommend! Feels great in my hand even without a grip wrap.

It's pretty freaking sweet. It gives me amazing control when I'm breaking whether it be 8 ball 9 ball 10 ball. And I switched the tip to a bull carbon G-Force tip And it really enhanced the control and power.

Love the stick. It was time for change and I am happy I chose Raven. Only thing I would look forward to is a few more color options on shooting sticks and a uni-lock joint.

Breaks amazingly. I had to work on power to find the right power and break spot. Now that it has been found no issues. I love the longer taper on the shaft for a fuller stroke on the break.

It fits the stick perfectly and plays just as well as the predator Revo shaft at half the cost. Keep up the good work and affordability.
