Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raven Cues! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return
    • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • Chalking the tip is acceptable.
  2. Proper Packaging
    • To ensure a safe return process, please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, and documentation.
    • If the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process a full return.
  3. Product Modifications
    • Any modifications made to the product, including but not limited to changing the tip or altering the product will void the return policy. If the product has been modified in any way, it is no longer eligible for a full return or exchange.
  4. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
    • We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  5. Refunds
    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  6. Non-returnable Items
    • Certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before making your purchase.
