Raven Cue Return & Exchange Policy

At Raven Cue, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility

• You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• Customized tips are non-refundable.

• Items must be in their original condition

• Light use (such as chalking the cue) is acceptable.

Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days.

• If exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
