Just to be clear this is NOT a sponsored review item was purchased with my own $. Price wise i am not disappointed with the purchase, the hit of the shaft is surprisingly quiet and no odd vibrations or sound, as of now i don't mind the soft taom pro tip on it, dependent on if the tip keeps its shape and if it glazes over if a tip change is needed sooner or later. The taper is true, and I'd say its a moderate
stiffness of the shaft. There is a very small overhang on a small area of the shaft and butt joint near the engraving on the shaft, very minute and the rest of the butt joint and shaft fit perfectly fine. The shaft rolls straight alone and on the butt, zero issues there. The finish of the cue shaft is super smooth and have cleaned the shaft multiple times with alcohol wipes to remove the black/grey residue most carbon fiber shafts have and may take a few more cleanings to remove fully. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and may look at one for my 5/16 x 18 joint cues.
